Shipping policy
Notes: Receiving Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
- We strive to ensure that your items are delivered as quickly as possible. After payment, the warehouse requires 1-3 business days to process your order (Processing Time). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. (If you did not provide an email address, we will not be able to send you a confirmation email.)
 - Shipping time is estimated and starts from the shipping date, not the order date. It may take longer due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, public holidays, peak seasons, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 
If you experience any shipping issues, please contact us as soon as possible.
Important Shipping Information:

Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, including street/building numbers if applicable. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect consignee information, the re-delivery cost (if possible) will be charged separately. If the package cannot be re-delivered within 10 days, the carrier may dispose of the item(s), and we will not be responsible for any loss.

If your order includes multiple items and one or more items are out of stock, we will ship the available items first. If the out-of-stock items cannot arrive within 7 days, we will contact you in advance to arrange the appropriate solution.

Certain remote locations, including some islands and hard-to-reach areas, may require an additional shipping surcharge. The exact fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please review your total shipping cost before completing your order.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses are not supported.
